The way that saves you time
Before you call, browse the programs in the Casa Catalog and add the ones you are interested in. Leave us your name, phone and email, and we show up to the call already knowing what you are looking for.
The difference is real: a cold call gets spent on basic questions. If we already know you want to buy with an ITIN or that you are self-employed, the first call is the useful one.
We never ask for a credit card and the review costs nothing.

We serve Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Town ’n’ Country and all of Florida and Texas. Most of the process happens by phone and online, so you do not need to come to the office if it is not close to you.
What happens when you contact us
1. We reply within 4 business hours. A person, not a robot.
2. The first call takes 15 or 20 minutes. We ask about your income, your approximate credit and how much you have saved.
3. At the end we tell you one of three things: you qualify and this is the range, you qualify with these adjustments and this is the timeline, or not yet, and this is the plan.
If your own bank turns out to be the better deal, we will tell you that.
