Our commitment

We want anyone to be able to use this site, including people who navigate with a screen reader, only a keyboard, or magnification. We aim for the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard.

This matters to us for a reason beyond compliance: much of our clientele already faces barriers. Adding one more would contradict everything else on this site.

What we have done

• Every image has alternative text
• One h1 per page and a heading order that does not skip levels, so it can be navigated by headings
• Form fields with real labels, not just placeholder text
• Visible focus outline when moving with the keyboard
• Color contrast checked against the AA threshold
• Video players are not embedded until you press play, so the page stays light
• The whole site works in English and Spanish

What is still pending

We are honest about this: video captions are not in place yet. When we publish video, it will carry captions.
